I just received my master degree in interior architecture and graduated from Rhode Island School of Design.
During the interior architecture education in the past six years, I was introduced to different design methods and various approaches to express interior design ideas. Different project topics gave me a deeper understanding of interior design and gradually determined my future direction. I gained valuable insight into how to translate conceptual ideas into a project through designing and developing.
I am passionate about designing. I have been using design programs and I desire to learn to use more programs. Hand sketching is also what I am good at. I bring my sketchbook with me all the time, then I write down my thoughts and do a quick sketch of whatever ideas I come up with. My sketching skill can help me express and show my ideas to people in short. I used to work with residential contractors. This experience helps me be more practical in the interior design field than many designers.
