Key Responsibilities:

1. Model Creation and Management:

   • Develop and manage detailed 3D models using BIM software (e.g., Revit, Autocad ).
   • Ensure models comply with project requirements, industry standards, and BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
   • Update models based on design changes, field conditions, and stakeholder feedback.

2. Coordination and Collaboration:

   • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other project team members to integrate models and ensure coordinated design.
   • Conduct clash detection and resolution processes to identify and address conflicts between different building systems.
   • Participate in coordination meetings and communicate model-related information effectively.

3. Documentation and Deliverables:

   • Generate 2D drawings, details, and schedules from the BIM model.
   • Prepare and deliver model-based reports, visualizations, and presentations for project stakeholders.
   • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of BIM deliverables in accordance with project deadlines.

4. Quality Control:

   • Perform regular quality checks on models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards.
   • Implement and adhere to BIM standards, protocols, and best practices.

5. Software Proficiency:

   • Utilize BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, Sketchup and other relevant tools.
   • Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and software developments.

6. Training and Support:

   • Provide BIM training and support to project team members as needed.
   • Assist in developing and maintaining BIM standards, templates, and libraries.
