Requirements and Submission:
Completed and signed copy of the Scholarship Application.
An electronic copy of your portfolio in pdf format, a minimum of 5 student projects as examples of work shall be included. Submissions of collaborative projects where the applicant’s role is not clear are discouraged. Work presented may include architectural, engineering, or art projects.
Candidates must be a High School Junior or Senior planning to study Architecture in College or a College Student studying Architecture with at least 1 year of schooling remaining as well as a resident of Nassau or Suffolk County.
Jurors will be Board Members of the AIA Long Island Chapter. The number of awards shall be determined by the Jurors. The decision of the Jurors and Board Members is final. Scholarships will be presented at our Annual Golf Outing in July. Winners will be notified prior to the Golf Outing.
