• Preparing design presentations for the client and creative diagrams/ infographics to serve the concept presentation. In addition to 3D visualization and masterplan rendering for huge urban areas.
• Collecting data and analyzing it to create plans that serve the given project.
• Working on data sheets for urban plots with all plot properties (Outline, Landuse, Area, Exploitation, Building Area ... etc).
• Coordinating with other working teams such as Architecture, road construction, mechanical and hydrology, landscape and other teams who work on the same urban project.
• Developing city plans considering important factors such as population, landuse, water source and landscape, roads and vehicular density ...
• Analyzing sites over 2 squared kilometers (250 ha) in area (contours,
levels, connectivity, context, water source ...)
• Writing full reports for project alternative masterplans.
• Attending workshops for coordination mainly between Landscape
design and urban planning, and discussing various concept alternatives.

• Preparing the design of a Beauty (Commercial) Center project from the concept stage up to the developed design stage and understanding the client’s requirments through the design developement.
• Presenting design concepts and project alternatives for the client.
• 3D Rendering for different alternatives, in addition to interior zones
visualization and animation.
• Preparing drawings, specifications, bill of quantities, and construction
documents.
• Working on building area and site exploitation, in addition to program
development, taking into consideration several factors (population,
users, parking... etc).
• Overseeing the design process and the design team, and meeting with
stakeholders.
