About 

I am registered in the state of New York, and planning to be registered in the states of  New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Florida in the near future (once documents are processed). Currently and previously I have worked as an Senior Project manager in various firms accumulated over 14 years of experience in all phases and stages of design. Extensive familiarity with Phasing, Conceptual Design, Construction documentation, Energy analysis and filing processes for all types of applications in NYC Department of buildings, Boards of standards and appeals as well as the City Planning Commission of New York.

This knowledge has allowed a maximum return on investment for developers looking to maximize building bulk, while minimizing the length of time spent on zoning and building code analysis, design development and construction documentation.

Pre-design services, Zoning Analyses (maximizing bulk versus allowable floor area ratios), Gross versus Net Efficiencies for pre-design and design development, Professional Rendering services, Construction Documentation, Detailed assembly documentation and management, Energy Analysis (including opportunities for zoning bonuses - additional energy insulation etc...), Code research and analysis. Additional technical abilities included Project photography, IT Administration, Website Design, CRM & HRM system setup in a self hosted environment, Custom built all physical workstations/servers and managed the file storage servers.

Project sizes ranges include 2000 s.f. - 82000 s.f. buildings. All projects that were completed at this firm were fully drafted, managed and executed independently without a team.

Worked on boutique projects Xpres-spa, Tory Birch, as well as major outlet stores including Victoria Secret and Pink. Experience includes production of schematic designs, material boards, model making, renderings, partial sets of construction documentation for projects assigned and picking up any redlines. For smaller projects produced full sets of construction documents for smaller residential renovations (both interior and exterior) . These tasks also included surveying and preliminary design development for client review.

- Design-built storm door out of conventional pieces of steel in the office - skills learned include custom designing, welding, and finishing metal surfaces
- Bidding done for custom made stairs, doors and mechanisms for subcontractors
- Organized and electronically catalogued every project the firm did to date and co-built custom shelving to store it
