Measuring sites and drafts as built of the property using 2D CAD program. The plans required all dimensions and details such as windows, floor levels, ceiling height, columns, beams, amongst others.
Create a portfolio of all the architecture drawings; site plans, floor plans, sections, elevations, ceiling plan and any other architectural drawing necessary.
Create a proposal of interior design according to the client or investor of the office. This includes proposals for residential, commercial and mixed purpose buildings.

Measure interior furniture for 3d modelling and floor plan
3D modelling using the as built measurements, have all onsite details, including floor finishes, wall colour, furniture, amongst others.
presentation using microsoft powerpoint, use sketchup views for the modelling images, organising the presentation according to sequence of spaces.
Detailed documentations of kitchen countertops, bathroom counters, custom wall mount furnitures, specifying the details of each piece; height, depth, width and any other element added.
Communicate and verify any order through the supplier, email estimates, confirm with the leading designer any changes.
Incharge of the delivery of furniture on site, attention to arrival and supervision in installation.
Pick up samples in the stores, such as textiles, stones, tiles, paint, anything necessary and urgent for the project presentation.
