Sean’s work is informed by his long-time interest in architecture as urban design, a catalyst for social responsibility. His varied design experience ranges from high-rise buildings, commercial mixed-use, and multifamily residences to a meditation center, hotels, a church, and master planning. Sean’s duties include acquisition, funding, loan, design, permitting, construction management, leasing, and hold strategy. His recognition includes winning a highly competitive international master plan competition and design awards for multiple Los Angeles projects. For development side, Sean is in charge of Andmore’s own projects from the acquisition, loan, design to permit, leasing strategy, exit plan. In addition, he served as a speaker/panelist at USC’s architecture/real estate development program. Sean earned a Master of Architecture from SCI-Arc and another an architectural master’s degree from Konkuk University, Seoul in Korea.
