Seeking for a job position in a well organize firm where my work experience on architecture, project management and site supervision may be used.

Qualifications and Skills

- Leading design and construction projects with budgets ranging in size from £4m to £14m

- Developing plans for renovations on existing properties including historic landmarks

- Managing design projects from concept development through to completion.

- Supervising activities on site, where needed, and coordinating the work of sub-contractors 

- Collaborate with the project team in developing creative design solutions

- Complying with safety standards and local planning regulations.

- Creating conceptual designs for new buildings, rehabilitation and interior designs. 

- Extensive experience in rehabilitation, restauration, and renovation of old and traditional houses. 

- Ensuring client's expectations and the firm's goals of design excellence are met.

- Experienced in sustainable construction and green building design

- High quality of sketching and drawing skills (Autocad, Revit, Photoshop, etc…)
