Performed massing and area balancing studies to optimize the supertall project, including Gross Floor Area calculations, building height adjustments, and floor plate modifications.
Conducted research and selected material samples for the glass and facade components of the Guangzhou project.
Created building facade designs, wall type diagrams, and client presentation renderings for both projects using Rhino and Enscape software.

Worked on three project teams during internship period: Lim Chu Kang Agrifood Hub, an agriculture and architecture master plan to achieve Singapore’s goal of producing 30% of its own food by 2030, Tuan Chau Island Bridge in HaLong Bay, and Chuan Park Condominium in Singapore.
Researched about innovations in the agriculture sector and created concept diagrams and site plans for Lim Chu Kang Agrifood Hub Project, which were used in the final submission for competition.
Constructed detailed 3D models for renderings of the Tuan Chau Island Bridge and the pavilions sited on it using Rhino 3D and Grasshopper.
Conducted in-depth site analysis and SWOT analysis regarding the site for the Chuan Park Condominium, considering the different forces affecting the approach to this project.
