Actively engaged in Design-Build for a new NYC office building. As part of the team for the winning proposal, I have participated in all project phases from Schematic Design (SD) to Construction Documentation (CD). Playing a key role in modelling and coordinating with consultants, including LEED credit efforts. Currently focusing on interior coordination, including drawings and details, interior elevations, finish schedules, and warehouse design detailing.
Played a key role in the comprehensive gut renovation of multiple affordable housing units, proposing new layouts for enhanced functionality. Currently in pre-Schematic Design (pre-SD),I was part of the team to put together the winning proposal and worked on proposal drawings. Units were analyzed individually and redesigned with open floor plans, maximizing natural light for enhanced livability.
Contributed to ADA renovations in two transit projects, focusing on ramps and elevators in historically significant sites. Collaborated closely with LIRR teams, conducted site visits to study the feasibility of the client’s requirements. Prepared community board presentations with design intent accompanied by renderings.
