With a strong background in Arts and Architectural design, my master's thesis focused on the successful development of an anti-speculative and alternative land tenure model, the Community Land Trust. Furthermore its synergy with the Cohousing model to tackle exclusion in access to buy/rent an affordable house by economically weaker and lower-income groups in New Delhi.

I am a lively and experienced Architect with a history of working in the architecture & planning industry for +2 years. I am skilled in design software including AutoCAD Architecture, Adobe, and other Architectural Drawings and Design platforms. With an energetic and swift-learning frame of mind, my aim is to efficiently handle construction phases starting from the preliminary design to the implementation stage in a fast-paced and friendly environment. I am an honest and hardworking individual with a gradual interest in socio-ecologically fair construction practices and alternative ownership models as a response to affordable housing crises for cohesive communities and neighborhoods. 

I currently reside in Germany and now would like to move to the United States. I can start working immediately and am willing to relocate as soon as possible.
