My name is Nick Chism and I am graduating from The University of Cincinnati with my Master of Architecture this coming May. Through my undergraduate and graduate coursework I have been fortunate to work for four Architecture firms primarily in the high end residential and hospitality design sectors and have accrued over two years of experience. In addition, I have been trusted to be a Research Assistant and Graduate Teaching Assistant helping teach second year students design skills. I am passionate about designing the built environment and especially love creating homes that positively impact the way families live.

Working on a team of researchers with the UC College of Engineering and Applied Sciences to develop truck driver training simulations for the Ohio Department of Transportation. I was responsible for modifying existing Infraworks models to match existing road conditions, modifying and cleaning the models within 3ds Max and troubleshooting model issues with the running of the physical simulator.

Responsible for all modeling and rendering of homes in Revit for client presentations. Developed new standard custom cabinetry families and shop drawings for custom cabinetry manufacturing.
