About

Every day offers the chance to exercise creativity and push the boundaries of architecture. My work is, at the core, a combination of sensible thinking and practical experimentation.

After six years of utilizing a pencil and paper medium and exploring various craft-based techniques, I have perfected developing and editing drawings that effectively answer the project’s needs. Being able to represent proportions within my sketches accurately and physical models has allowed my projects to transition seamlessly from conceptual design to details. The projects presented in my portfolio show how I see architecture as a response to reinvented standards and guide them to serve the current needs of people. My expectation in these projects and the future ones is to create impactful work across all mediums, learning about the balance of purity, intention, and fine craft.

JHP Architecture / Urban Design, Dallas, TX, US, Intern Architect

Within my college journey, I took a year off in 2019 to grow professional qualities such as being proactive, accountable, and having organizational skills that the school system could not offer me at the pace I wanted. I worked in JHP Architecture and Urban Design for a year in Dallas, TX. I had the chance to practice with a firm that trusted me and allowed me to work on different conceptual phases from Schematic Design to Construction Documents. I had the opportunity to do on-site inspections for multiple weeks in Denver, CO, which showed me the importance of adequate designs and their implementations.

Awards

Village Competition of Riverie, FR, 1st Place

The goal of this competition is to requalify the entrance of the village of Riverie, classified as French heritage. The idea is to create a semi-closing system on a public road.
We have designed a corten steel structure, a durable material that fits into the historical context of the village while standing out from existing buildings. The project covers the first sixteen meters of the "Grande Rue", emphasizing the entrance of the village and connecting it to the center. It consists of vertical elements that meet the need for a semi-closure of the main road.
