Ken Fallas is a Costa Rican urban planner, architect and researcher based in Seoul, Korea. He is a member of the International Society of City and Regional Planners (ISOCARP). Since 2014 his work experience and practice covered smart systems integration to the built environment, creative and circular economy, climate change resiliency, innovation tools for sustainable development+governance, international public-private partnerships for comprehensive urban operations and strategic projects profiling in coordination with government officials, private sector and community partners in Korea, Latin America and Southeast Asia.
His research interest includes territorial complexities and global connectographies, digital twins and scalable simulation networks, urban automation, future labor and its impact on urban ecosystems.
