About 

Md. Fahim Hasan Rezve’s architectural interests include historical architecture, heritage conservation, informal settlement, and contemporary architectural theory. Fahim received his B.Arch from American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB) in 2019. Titled ‘Revitalizing Jute Culture, a Museum for Golden Fiber,’ his thesis project sought to revitalize Adamjee Jute Mill as a heritage site and raise awareness about the increasing demand of jute in the world market.

Fahim has worked as an intern architect at Vistaara Architects in 2018. From October 2019 to November 2020, he worked as a junior architect at Vernacular Consultants Ltd.

He was awarded KSRM Award for future architects in 2020; DOT Student Design Award in 2019 and 2021. Fahim was nominated to represent Bangladesh at the

ARCASIA Thesis of the Year Award (TOY) in 2020. He received honorable mention in Provabok Model Making and Instant Design Competition, conducted by the Department of Architecture, AIUB. His work has been published in Context BD, DOT Magazine, and AIUB Journal of Science and Engineering. He participated in a two-day workshop by Rain Forum on rain water harvesting. Fahim also participated in Arch Out Loud’s RESIDE: Mumbai Mixed Housing International Open Ideas Competition in 2018 and Architecture Thesis of the Year, ATA 2020, by The Charette. He is an associate member of The Institute of Architects Bangladesh (IAB).
At Ci+AU,BRAC University, he is currently working on a Research Project, entitled ‘Improving sanitation safety through soft engineering design solutions in informal settlements: Karail (Dhaka)and the pollution at Banani Lake' funded by the University of Liverpool.
