Mr. Habte has over 10 years of solid architectural design experience and architectural design reviews and have a track record of winning different design bid competitions. His experience includes the design of high-rise multipurpose buildings, hotels, boarding schools, resorts, residential and apartment buildings and landscapes. He is well versed in NFPA and ADA requirements and skilled with computer programs for design drawings (AutoCAD, Archi CAD & Revit) and Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe creative Suite, 20-20, and SMS for interior space management. Also, he is highly skilled in project management procedures in providing submittal, RFIs, change order request reviews, payment request reviews, and project closeouts.
