I am an architectural design coordinator living in the Bay Area.
My goal is to find a role that furthers my knowledge of design and architectural thinking. I would like to work in a setting that allows me to contribute to a team working towards thoughtful and holistic design.

As a Design Coordinator for HGA, I was responsible for working on projects from start to finish with most of my focus on CDs, DD, and SD. Throughout my time at HGA I was able to participate in the ACE, healthcare, and corporate interiors departments. Most of my work was in schematic design as well as construction documentation. I was able to work on many areas of projects ranging from interior renovations, complete interior and exterior designs, renderings, fabrication drawings, detail drafting, and fire life safety and code updates. I was also responsible for coordinating between various subcontractors and clients.

As a member of the drafting team, my role included site visits, measurements, and
documentation of client needs, as well as 2D and 3D drafting with Vectorworks. I developed floor plans, sections, and elevations for planned houses and alterations to space. I ensured that my designs encouraged inner flow, ease of use, and aesthetic simplicity.

Dr. Victor Pineda (CEO), Research Fellow and Adjunct Professor City and Regional Planning, UC Berkeley. Dr. Pineda is a leading global expert on disability rights, policy, planning, and design. As Dr. Pineda has a significant disability, I acted as a health care provider and facilitator to allow him access while traveling internationally and speaking at forums to advocate policies and programs for persons with disabilities. In my associated travels to India, Dubai, Peru, and Ecuador, I gained invaluable experience in the areas of city and space development, the built environment, and implementation of universal accessible design.

As a member of the Selamat team, I was responsible for designing,
3D modeling, and preparing finish schedules for high-end tables, chairs, consoles, casework, and accessories. I used various applications including Rhinoceros, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, V-Ray rendering, and KeyShot 3D rendering to process and translate conceptual ideas into physical products for the customer marketplace.
