I am a registered architect in California been working for progressive architectural design firm. With strong design and technical focus.  As Senior Technical Director, Project Architect, Manager, with proven leadership with management abilities managing multiple “Project Architects” across office exhibiting mature judgment working on projects from inception to completion, staff mentoring and technical resource to office. I have been the senior project architect working with large and small project teams in collaborative manner for various size, and complexities for development of the technical aspects of the project including: consultant scope of work, contracts, code compliance, constructability, and interdisciplinary coordinator of the engineering and other consultants. I have extensive experience in BIM coordination with design documents and proper use of Revit / BIM in document preparation. 

I have been utilizing my many years of experience and have passion and appreciation for design and design process producing high quality work of architecture aligning design concepts with innovative technical solutions that are integral to design process developing and supervising methods of technical drawing production, project work plans, quality control, quality assurance and construction phase service to ensure a consistent, holistic approach to delivering technical design services. Actively monitors the project technical design approach and documentation progress, identifying technical design issues requiring review, study and development and recommended course of action to be taken, assists in resolution and solution development. Demonstrated ability to deliver projects within strict time deadlines and budget constrains without sacrificing quality. I have also provided presentation on technical subject matters and interests to the office staff.

I have executed project work with all “Project Delivery Type”. As a guiding principal always used design sensitivity with skill in technical coordination throughout the design process and enjoys overseeing execution of architecture that is “Performative” on every level: environmentally, structurally, economically, and aesthetically. 

In summary, I have work on medium to large complex size projects ranging from 15M to 450 M$. Projects include, High-rise residential buildings, high-rise office buildings in USA and Asia. Transportation buildings  (Train Station and Bus Terminals), Airports, hospitals, Institutional buildings such as laboratories and 4 year college educational buildings, medical office buildings, emergency command center, courthouses, civic center, theatre and museums.
