Fangjie (Janet) is a certified LEED AP.
Fangjie finished her Master of Fine Art Degree in Interior Design at Pratt Institute on December 2020. During and after school, she was able to practice her professional skills at Fawn Galli Interiors and OAD Interiors. At both companies, Fangjie utilized her skills learnt at Pratt into real-life projects. Fangjie's responsibilities when at both places include but not limited on: participating in various projects of drawings of floor plans, elevations, furniture layouts, and custom furniture; building digital 3D models and rendering; souring FF&E and visiting showrooms; contacting vendors, and workshops.
Prior graduate school, Fangjie finished her Bachelor of Fine Art Degree in Environmental Studies at George Washington University on May 2016. During her undergraduate years of study, Fangjie was the Analyst & Social Media Intern at Sustainable Capital Advisors, mainly in charge of social media profile interface design; while assisted arranging professional forums on sustainable topics. She was also responsible for client connections and prepared for presentation layout. Besides experience at Sustainable Capital Advisors, Fangjie also did her internship at DC Greens Non-Profit Organization. During which she lectured and tutored sustainable lessons. Collecting and conducting sustainability resources and materials for meeting.
Besides fluent in English, Fangjie's native language is Mandarin and is also at beginner level in German.

Literally, Fangjie studied history of architecture and interior design; while technically, she also learnt and professed in digital tools such as AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Suite. Interior Design teaching in this school does not only encouraged her to utilized her imagination, but to also be down to earth and close to reality.
