Working on site during the construction process of a new Diagnostic and Treatment center as well as energy center for a Kaiser Permanente in Moreno Valley as a construction administrator. Tasks included responding to RFI's, Reviewing submittals, Compiling ACDs to submit to HCAI, Field observation reports. Worked directly with the Owner, contractor, sub-contractors, engineers, and inspectors to stream line the building process.

Took on the task of property acquisition to construction administration. Developed a deep understanding of the real estate market and planning issues that can hold back development timelines. Ran numerous pro-forma and feasibility studies for prospective clients for home flips as well as ground up single family construction.

Where i worked directly with the principle of the firm to create a master plan for an Expo that would be adapted to a number of different sites around Saudi Arabia. Also provided a support role in a cliff side hotel located in Bali, and the landscape design of the Brook field Hotel in Mumbai.

Provided drawing support on a number of mixed use buildings.
