As an astute and meticulous architectural designer with a strong background in micro and macro scale designing and planning of residential and mixed-use projects. I believe my prowess in creating and executing designs by generating construction documents present me as a well-rounded candidate for this position.

I am currently in pursuit of my Master of Architecture degree at Virginia tech in order to enhance my designing and detailing skills, moreover to understand building science and construction methods practiced here. The graduate program has enlightened me in myriad ways, enabling me to ponder over aspects important to a building over its lifespan. For studio projects in particular, I try to develop proposals by thorough research of contextual conditions and programmatic requirements to capitalize on those constraints. In addition, I draw technically sound details which become the identity of the project as well as a feature to be proud of as a designer of built environments.

In my professional experience as a Project Architect at Ar. Hafeez Contractor, I sharpened an in-depth knowledge of using building information modelling as a tool to generate materials quantities required besides efficiently planning the apartment units for the mixed-use high-rise and outlined the master plan of the project working alongside the Senior Associate Architect. I ensured design modifications based on project coordination with the structural and mechanical consultants on a weekly basis for timely delivery of updated drawings and models vital to produce contract documents.

Your work is truly mesmerizing, the way in which your team carves volumes with ample thought and clarity to the use of materials and its details. As a creative but pragmatic designer with substantive know-how in the construction industry, admirable planning and designing capability, and valuable grasping ability of client's vision and project requirements, I feel confident to excel as an Architectural designer.
