- Responsible for working on all phase of development including conceptual designs, presentations, pre-design, schematic Design and design development, construction documents and production.
- Prepare and revise the architectural drawings and designs.
- Develop, Coordinate and produce working drawings and details for projects of various scale and complexity.
- Responsible for researching, developing, documenting and delivering computational methods and designs solutions
- Produce 3D visuals / models and Animation.
- Complete architectural construction and design documents including floor plan(s), exterior elevations, interior elevations details, perspectives, sections, landscape layout, A/c diffuse allocation, lighting, graphic imaging (3D presentation) and all materials selections and finishes using computer aided design.
- Prepare partitions, ceiling plans and lighting layouts
- Coordinate on all project issues with team of fellow architects, the Senior architects and Civil engineer.
- Prepare scope of work for consultancies, Design and Build services.
- Attend meetings with clients, Consultants, contractors and vendors.
