About 

Roadway Designer professional with 15 years of diversified experience in Drafting & Design, Civil Engineering, GIS Technology, and 3 years of professional working experience in local government. As a Roadway Designer, I’m currently taking lead on technical efforts, plans production, and 3D modeling on roadway for local municipal and FDOT. Prior, I gained experience working for the City of Jacksonville in the Land Development Department on permitting/approving future developments, local municipality standards, stormwater drainage infrastructure, plan designing, and site planning.

Lead a group of GIS Technicians and executed all GIS Mapping projects in a efficient manner.
Analyzed and interpreted contractual agreements with engineering drawings maps to digitize contracts into GIS/Micro Station and to provide technical expertise on existing and new railroad infrastructure.
Identified and reviewing all abandoned bridges/culverts in CSX properties using GIS database with field reports and provide details information for management to determine options for cost savings that will not only save many lives but will also move freight more efficiently.
Conducted in-depth research and compiled data reviewing contractual agreements with engineering drawings through archives and GIS software to assist project managers with road crossing projects. This initiative resulted in successfully saving the company over 4 million dollars.
Drafted new railroad right of ways and managed sites contract research for proposed sales in Micro Station.
