Accomplishments
• ISM project – offered a new design solution for renovation of existing façade. The main floor’s exterior walls were pushed outwards to align with the second-floor walls. This resulted in extra rentable space, whilst keeping a similar construction price.

• Weston’s Bakery redevelopment – in an existing 3 floor building due to NBC the fire rated walls between different occupancies presented challenges due to nature of each business. I came up with few solutions and the one chosen was to relocate the tenants to save costs and to be up to code.
• Markusson New Holland Dealership – Redevelopment of the building presented challenges when interacting with grandfathered areas. I came up with various solutions that involved keeping new structures independent from some existing interior walls, created a second access, reorganized the location of existing offices, and created the corridors for 2 floors with a very special ceiling shape to fit the existing interior heights. We have successfully increased the usable space and saved billable hours and client was satisfied and returned with a phase 2 of the project doubling the first phase scope of work.
