OP.AL | Op - Architecture Landscape, Brooklyn, NY, US, Architecture Research Assistant
Worked closely with principal to research various historic structures. The work consisted of performing an investigation into architectural precedents that exhibited unique illusionary spatial characteristics. The buildings under investigation were made with 2D (fresco) and 3D (spatial) characteristics that were/are used to trick the eye at a specific perspective into seeing more than what is actually there. These projects were 3D scanned, modeled, and then drawn and diagrammed to display the existing architecture as well as the "drawn" architecture equally.
