As an architect I was lucky to start my professional career, after submitting my PhD, as a supervisor for Wadi Makkah. The mission was to manage the master plan that includes the startups buildings, SME's innovations and R&D centers. The goal was to create innovative environment. Later, I was assigned as CEO for Wadi Makkah for Real Estate company. Although the task was different, the quest for innovative methods to generate revenue was appealing . Each project we singed, as a team, had an innovative approach, a unique environment, and sustainable buseniss model. We invest in both: physical asset and human capital.
