I am a NY State Registered Architect with almost twenty years of architectural and real estate experience in the United States and Europe.
I was recently the head of design and construction for a company who owns more than thirty buildings through-out the New York City area. My architectural background includes working at design firms in New York City, Boston, Washington D.C, and Barcelona.
During my career, I have worked on many project types, from small renovations to large new buildings. My experience includes the project management and construction administration on many award-winning projects, including a high profiled residential building in Manhattan, a police precinct, a new architectural school, and an office renovation in the landmarked Seagram building.
I bring a deep understanding and knowledge of design, construction, building codes and zoning laws. I am able to take a project from the first client meeting to the final punchlist. I communicate very well with colleagues, consultants, and contractors. I am well-liked, hardworking, and passionate about the job I do and the people I collaborate with.
I am fluent in writing, speaking, and reading Spanish. My computer skills include Autocad, Revit, Rhino, Photoshop Suite and Bluebeam.
