Brad Mallette is a licensed Alabama & California architect, musician, entrepreneur and the founder of AMBL Studios, an Architecture & Development firm specializing in commercial & residential architecture as well as music and product design. His philosophy in design is centered around building a culture & place that promotes creativity and the shepherding of ideas in the four main areas at the core of AMBL Studios: Architecture, Music, Business & Life.
Before returning to his southern roots to start AMBL Studios, Brad worked at Omgivning Architects & Interiors in Los Angeles, CA under the distinguished Architect Fellow, Karin Liljegren FAIA. He served as the Project Architect for the mixed use/adaptive reuse, seismic retrofit, & rehabilitation of Los Angeles Cultural-Historic Monument, the MacArthur; an early 1920s Elk’s Lodge with a century old history as glamorous as Hollywood’s greatest stars.
His time in LA also included work on Dodgers Stadium for Architect Fellow, Brenda Levin FAIA,and work on other historic monuments such as the Proper Hotel & Sears Landmark Building. When Brad wasn’t working on architecture, he was playing music around town at some of LA’s most popular hot spots for live music.
