Project Architect for new United Airlines club at Newark Airport
Worked phases DD through CA with a team of 3.
Constant coordination and management of consultants, contractor, and manufacturers through weekly meetings. Daily sit-downs with Project Manager to update on progress and any concerns.
Developed drawing sets for both construction and review with PANYNJ. PANYNJ required narratives and response letters describing the changes made.
During CA phase, responded to submittals and RFIs. Monthly site visits prior to COVID lockdown.

Architect working on a team for new Delta terminal at LGA.
Assisted on various CD and CA tasks for both the Core & Shell and the Interiors Fit-out.
Tasks included coordination with consultants and manufacturers to ensure plans and details were free of conflicts. As well as developing wall and ceiling details.

Architect working on new Jetblue terminal at JFK.
Soon after being hired I began working on SD and DD phases. Learned about aviation procedures and guidelines to develop a schematic plan maximizing the number of gates.
