From Oakland, California. I leave my undergraduate education with more questions than answers, yet I also leave with more tools to address them than I have ever possessed before. In five years, I learned to fabricate at both small and large scales, to transform analog experiments into complex and parametrically computed structures, and to theorize, speculate, and practice radically humane and ecologically sympathetic acts of design. Through teaching architectural history, collaborating on projects, editing my college's publication, and living abroad, I learned to be skeptical of dogma and of my automatic dispositions - to be a truth seeker, not a truth teller.
