I worked for WQB Architecture PLLC in New York City in 2020 during my OPT. I completed drawings for DOB, PA, PL filing, and most of mix-used building proposals by complying building codes and zoning resolution. At the preliminary stage, I provided our clients plans with basic requirements to achieve different guidelines, such as AIRS or HPD and maximize the economically efficacy. Meanwhile, I developed the models and elevations with different forms, languages and materials to integrate within the urban context properly. Subsequently, completed the further drawings, such as RCP, electrical, lighting, plumbing, fire protection plan, elevations, sections and schedules.

I am passionate to design a great project which exerts more influence in the world. When I was pursuing my Master’s degree, I researched architectural and urban strategies, such as typology, zoning, megastructure, urban context, site limitation, and transportation. These comprehensive knowledges are constructive in perceiving connections and increasing the potentials of architecture and city. Prior to the master's degree, I am experienced in both architecture and interior design firms in my home country, Taiwan, for over 5 years. Thus, I am capable to conceive the site and landscape plan from the urban scale as long with a building plan from the interior scale. I also have experience in rendering firm, Nova Concepts, in Brooklyn, which cultivate me be familiar with the utilization of materials and lighting effects.
