I worked as contractual designer and project manager for high-end residential and commercial projects across New York. The list of projects I've worked on and completed range from the Nougatine restaurant by Jean-Georges, Martha Stewart's Cantitoe Corners home in Bedford, New York and some private penthouses across the city. Apart from this, I have also been the project manager of the company's marketing department and recently helped create and launch their brand new website.

In Urban Research Lab, I handled all the Interior Design projects. I worked closely with the director of the company and was trained to do all our client presentations whether it was an Architectural or Interior design project. I also traveled extensively during my stay in URL because most of the projects I handled were based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Hanoi, Vietnam. For these projects, I would coordinate with their local project manager and fly there every 2 weeks to go on site visits and meetings with the clients. It was in this company that I also learned how to handle projects independently. I was also trained how to do renderings which I ended up enjoying.

IKEA hired me as their Lead Interior Designer for IKEA Business. In this role I was able to handle projects independently and work closely with clients and contractors. I would work with the client from the design concept stage until the project was done or what we call the "hand-over" stage.

In this company, I was tasked to handle all the hospitality, residential and restaurant projects. I was also their company's FF&E designer.

I was the project coordinator of this company's new headquarters building in Singapore. I worked on the client's side so I had to coordinate with the Architect and Contractor in order to get the project rolling and completed. Because this company was also involved in the furniture business, I was made to travel in many places across Europe, Asia and the US in order to source emerging furniture brands into the Singapore Market. Other than this, I was also the Interior Designer for one of the children's furniture stores that they opened in 2012.
