• Strategize and develop Design Technology roadmap that aligns with company’s goals and growth metrics. Engage with key stakeholders to ensure digital tools and processes are implemented for the Planning, Design, Development and Construction teams.
• Implement project wide BIM standards and ensure validity of the BIM Execution Plan; communicate standards with team members, ensure model components and families are built and developed according to standards developed by the firm.
• Conduct BIM Kick-Off strategy meetings with internal and external teams. Provide guidance and BIM support throughout the project.

• Worked on multiple large-scale projects as a BIM management and implementation specialist for Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF) Associates. BIM Manager and point of contact on project teams for all BIM related management and queries.
• Managed and developed BIM strategy for projects in varied phases ranging from schematic design to construction administration
• Provided deskside support and training to team members across various projects; day to day support for team members transitioning from a CAD environment, provided guidance and strategies for complex modelling and document production tasks
• Performed detailed clash analysis of multidisciplinary models during coordination meetings using Navisworks. Setup views required to efficiently analyze and discuss clashes with consultants involved with the project.
