I'm an Interior Designer, who has worked for various design firms throughout the bay area for the last six years, primarily in high-end residential design. I am currently working independently on a design project, while actively looking for a full time position at a firm.

Took on a client and designed a commercial office space for their law firm independently. For this client, I sourced furniture, provided furniture plans, mood boards, tearsheets, and quotes. I also procured, inspected, delivered, and installed all proposed items. Continued to take on clients in between positions.

Reported directly to the Lead Designer, responsible for creating and maintaining job site spec binders, which included schedules for appliances, cabinetry, doors, lighting, plumbing, windows, corresponding specifications, and interior elevations. Produced interior elevations in CAD for bathrooms, closets, kitchens, and pantries, and was tasked with field measuring for interior finishes, and sourcing for assigned projects. Obtained quotes for interior finishes and fixtures, as well as procurement, and tracking items as they shipped. Additional responsibilities included utility set up for assigned projects and maintaining internal logs for city mandated inspections.

Worked within a team to create estimates for clients for custom items, process payments to place orders and tracked items from the time of order until time of installation. Produced furniture plans in CAD for living and dining rooms, as well as elevations for custom cabinetry. Also, recorded buying service requests to pass along to the owners for them to delegate to staff accordingly.

Worked within a team to create design schemes and concepts, by sourcing materials, in order to implement them onto presentations using InDesign and PowerPoint. Attended site visits to take measurements, drafted floor plans and elevations in AutoCAD, gathered quotes, and created proposals. Participated in team outings geared towards team building and continued education in the field of interior design.
