About

I am a recent graduate of Columbia University’s Graduate School of Architecture, Planning, and Preservation with a Master of Science in Real Estate Development. Coursework includes Real Estate Finance, Underwriting, Market Analysis, and Financial Modeling. During my time at Columbia, I was selected to be a part of a team that studied a hypothetical investment proposal for a one-of-a-kind hospitality destination inspired by governor Cuomo’s Reimagine the Canals Initiative. I am currently seeking opportunities in Real Estate Acquisitions/Development.

I was previously an architectural designer at Hart Howerton where I specialized in residential, hospitality and mixed-use projects. I am skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, Financial Modeling, and Adobe Creative Suite. I hold a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) focused in Architecture from the University of Virginia and minors in Urban and Environmental Planning and Global Sustainability. My academic career has allowed to me explore issues of urbanization, transportation, and sustainability.

University of Virginia, Charlottesville, VA, US, Bachelors, Architecture

During my time as an undergraduate, I pursued a degree in architecture because I believe design shapes the experience of a community. I explored a wide variety of classes and study abroad programs, ranging from urban planning history to environmental science, which together sparked my interest in sustainability and urban policy. This inspired me to supplement my major with minors in Urban Planning and Global Sustainability, which lead me to participate in the Sustainable Europe Program in the School of Architecture. The program is a rigorous graduate level course that deals with water conservation, transportation, planning systems, and sustainability.
