Architecture for me is something beyond just visual perceptions. If done right, architecture is capable of evoking emotions that can bring about a change in a person, a community, a city, and even entire nations. I am passionate about advancing a view of architecture where visual perception is secondary to what matters: captivating the commuter in their life journey via an emotional connection catering to the individual’s experience.
My purpose in architecture was never about designing buildings where ‘form follows function’, but to question the form and function, eventually leading to the construction of buildings that speak to the heart.
