• Engage with different agencies within the U.S. Government to discuss specific project details related to security, maintenance, and other relevant considerations.

• Work independently with minimum supervision to proactively resolve issues. Update leadership periodically on project status.
• Present and prepare courses of action briefs on project scope, technical and construction issues at meetings.

• Project Manager for the facade re-design work that is 2,000 ft long for a casino in Macau.
• The facade work is part of an existing integrated casino resort renovation project with four hotel towers and three levels of associated supporting venues owned by the Las Vegas Sands Corporation.
• Manage the facade team of four architects from the design phase into construction administration.
• Prepare Construction Documents and specifications for the client to tender the project.
• Coordinate with overseas and local client representatives, consultants, and contractors on facade details, exterior lighting, and structural requirements.
