DOCUMENTATION, MANAGEMENT, COMMUNICATION, COORDINATION, QUALITY ASSURANCE
 Monitor the implementation of approved Project Quality Plan and coordinate with all Project Team on all quality issues
 Ensure that all processes, activities comply with the project specification and local authorities
 Prepare and Implement procedures (checklists, drawings, and technical submittals, Inspection Request (IR)
 coordinate and sign off the stage wise inspection from start to finish and also review the related processes in line with the requirements
 Liaise with third party / client inspection on witness of site inspection, tests and commissioning
 Evaluation of Internal Audits performed on site by Third Party Inspection Agency and interfacing between them to both on site and off site
 Report Non-conformance related to material or workmanship, and monitor action and remedial response until closeout
 Conduct Audits to ensure continuous compliance with the contractual requirements
 Monitor, Analyze non-conformances and preventive actions
 Monitoring and reporting project metrics to the management
 Implement the approved Quality Control Plan at site and ensure that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the codes and standards
 Confirm that the installer’s / subcontractors quality control procedures are carried out and issue a witness/hold points list where ever applicable
 Ensure that the daily site reports and test results are recorded and all technical documents relative to site quality control are up to date
 Ensuring proper controlled on receipt/ distribution of contractual documents and drawing
 Ensure all valid documents/ contract documents are being used on site.
 Ensure compliance of materials as per the approved material submittal and stored properly as recommended.
 Ensure preparation of final hand over documents and submission of quality related documents
 Ensure compliance to the site safety requirements are adhered: Skills/Experience/Educational requirements
