- Prepared an appraisal, brief and concept design for a 240,000sf net floor area of commercial/retail water front mall development creating a village-like shopping experience within a rich garden setting.
- Spearheaded the production of technical/detailed CAD drawings for luxury apartment projects ranging in value of up to $15 million.

Winning Team - Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy- Rutgers University - NAIOP New Jersey Intercollegiate Case Study Competition 2016, 1st Place

◾As the Sustainability Lead for the Rutgers University Team, we re-positioned an Industrial site by proposing a design of a golf-themed hospitality project that capitalises on nearby outstanding golf courses in congruence with the broad redevelopment-induced changes occurring in Jersey City, NJ.
◾This Project was aimed at Net-zero Energy use and LEED Platinum Certification.
