An initiative aimed at giving promising Emerging Professionals an opportunity to engage with leaders in the high performance building sector and related industries - advancing the adoption of sustainable energy practices in the built environment.
◾As the Sustainability Lead for the Rutgers University Team, we re-positioned an Industrial site by proposing a design of a golf-themed hospitality project that capitalises on nearby outstanding golf courses in congruence with the broad redevelopment-induced changes occurring in Jersey City, NJ.
◾This Project was aimed at Net-zero Energy use and LEED Platinum Certification.
