Elena Whittle is a recent graduate of Syracuse University with an interest in the social impact that responsible and sustainable architecture can have on local and global communities. She has worked in New York City and Philadelphia. She recently received recognition for her undergraduate thesis, which explores gentrification, affordable housing, and class dynamics in urban space. In November 2019, she was awarded a grant from Syracuse University towards travel research for this project.

Developed digital models and preliminary design iterations; worked on site-analysis, created analysis drawings, and produced materials for internal meetings for the New Patient Tower Project. Assisted and coordinated with project leaders.
