Hi, I’m Alyssa. I’m an Arizona native that just moved to the Bay Area. I am a recent graduate From ASU's Graphic Information Technology program. Essentially, it is ASU's visual design degree, but it focuses on web development, usability, and cross-media design solutions.

A lot of people have notions about what being a UX designer really is. Being a UX designer goes beyond just creating a user interface. For me, being a UX designer is enhancing every step in the consumer’s process through design, usability, and function. I liken it to advanced customer service. You have to anticipate what the user will want to do, what problems they may have, and how to get rid of them before they even happen. My goal is to make every product I help create be useful, accessible, credible, and desirable for the user.
