About

Judy began to forge her passion for art at a young age by studying violin and classical composition in her native country Colombia and continue it in New York City, where she performed to public and professional audiences.
As she submerged in the world of symphonies, she discovered a deep entanglement between rhythm and spatial design expressions; this relationship has been helping her to interpret architecture as part of music in the everyday.

She is currently working full time as a junior project architect at an expediting firm in NYC that focuses on enhancing multiple types of project renovations for code compliance and tenant safety while part-time dedicates independently  to research applications of infrastructural, social and ecological border conditions in different territories around the world.

She believes that architecture is a universal symphony, where the designer serves to conduct for all the living things that partake as living instruments. Together, cooperatively, are meant to compose and play tangible physical melodies to purposely unify their visual and mental surroundings through the rhythms and melodies of their unique existences.
