Krista Wong, Architectural design professional, holds a Bachelor of Architecture Degree from the NAAB accredited program at Syracuse University in New York. She specializes in 3D modeling software along with her architectural background in building design, space planning and conceptual thinking. Krista is currently pursuing her registration to become a licensed Architect.
Krista has over two years of professional design experience working for an Architecture and Interior design firm specializing in healthcare and another specializing in high-end residential and commercial buildings. Primary work involves interior projects, while simultaneously handling more than one project at a time with fast, demanding turnover times. Within her two years of work, she has participated in client/consultant meetings, contributed to program analysis, project development, feasibility studies, carried out design development drawings into construction documents sets, reviewed shop drawings, collaborated with specification writer and interior designers in-house, delivered permit applications, submitted to DOB, issued addendums, bulletins and ASIs. Meanwhile, on the opposite spectrum, she has participated in feasibility studies while incorporating the NYC zoning and land use application.
She has also had the opportunity to assist in the marketing department with new initiatives the team is pursuing. Items include RFIs, interview presentations, and building a business and retaining the brand across markets and on social media.
