About

I help homeowners and investors add value through architectural design.

My passion is creating opportunity and meeting the needs of both my clients and of the community. Helping owners improve equity/cash flow and social/environmental responsibility is not a zero-sum game--with good design, we can achieve both!

Feasibility studies: I help my clients reach their personal goals by maximizing value on their specific properties. What do the zoning and building codes allow, and what will result in the maximum return on the initial cash invested? What is practical given your individual goals? Sometimes, the smallest brush stroke can make the biggest impact.

Interior/architectural design: Once you decide on the best course of action, I will combine my expertise in both design and real estate investing to realize a vision that brings you closer to your personal and financial goals Whether it's a more functional and inviting living space, immediate cash flow, long-term equity, a greater sense of community, more privacy, downsizing, upsizing, or any combination of these, I can help.

Pre-purchase consulting: If you're in contract or considering making an offer on a residential property but want to know how it might be improved, rehabbed, or developed for better functionality, cash flow, or equity, I can visit the property with you and provide immediate feedback.
