•Lead the design and construction of Rattray Park, Kumasi, Ghana, including on site management. Delivered all client goals within a restrictive budget and challenging circumstances
•Managed the on site development team & coordinated with the Europe team for the design of Kumasi City Hall
•Initiated the redevelopment of an old prison into a community centre, installed several IT Labs in schools across Ghana & monitored Kumasi government construction projects
