Currently working as Managing Principle and Senior Designer for ShadowGap LA. A full service luxury residential design firm in Los Angeles. ShadowGap's work ranges from concept design, construction documentation onto permitting and continues on to bring each project to fruition with on site construction administration. Tegan tailors each project to her client’s style and daily life needs. Through extended conversations and her own discovery process, Tegan and the clients hone in on the concept and features that the space will portray. She never imposes her personal preferences or design values on clients, and most of her new clients come via word-of-mouth, because previous clients enjoyed working with her.
Tegan had years of experience working at large design firms even before she graduated with a degree in Interior Architecture and Design from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco.
In San Francisco Tegan worked for Gensler and Knoll Textiles. There she worked on various projects and gained the experience and design sense that pushed her education into the real world of design build. After graduating Tegan worked for HSH Interiors in Marin County where she worked on various high-end residential projects. In 2014 she moved to Los Angeles to work for Bowery Design a luxury design build architecture firm. There she designed and managed numerous residential projects for a celebrity clientele.
