I am a design professional working towards my architecture license. Being son of a general contractor and being raised within a mile of one of Kahn’s masterpiece, The Capitol Complex, architecture was ingrained in me from an early age. Worked in architectural consultancy firm as well as in real estate companies in Bangladesh for 5+ years after my B. Arch before moving to the US for my M. Arch and quest for a new experience. Have worked for 3+ years after my graduation in local architecture firms where I have tried to blend my eastern experience with the design environment of a western office and design setting. Have a good knowledge of office experience in the architectural field, as well as familiarity with computer aided drafting and other related computer applications. I am motivated, hardworking and learn quickly and enjoy collaboration. Motivated by the desire to enhance my knowledge in providing sustainable design solutions that improves our built fabric, I have become a LEED AP. Kahn said a building is unmeasurable first, then converts that to measurable units to ultimately achieve the unmeasurable. I strive to find that process of achieving that Unmeasurable, the How’s and Why’s!
