Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- assisting with on-site coordination and field work constructions
- performing facade inspections and filing of Local Law 11 FISP Reports
- drafting existing condition details and new proposed design details in
AutoCAD
- reviewing Payment Requisitions and Shop Drawing Submittals
- assisting in the preparation of Bid Packages, Construction Documents,
Design Development Drawings and Scoping Reports.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- assisting the Lighting Design staff with Lighting Power Density (LPD)
energy compliance take-offs
- assisting in site survey and field work
- creating concept lighting renderings, drafting fixture details, sections,
elevations and plan drawings in AutoCAD and Revit
- preparation of shop drawing submittals
- run lighting calculations to ensure the lighting layout meets the standard
codes.
