I have recently completed a research program on environmental sociology which looks at green groups and their stance on social changes that comes with the environmental movement. I have also completed a master of urban planning, and through which I have applied spatial planning, project management and analytical skills on multiple planning workshops. A combined interest in the environment’s impact on people’s quality of life and human-nature interaction has led me to pursue an environmental focus in my undergraduate and graduate studies. Specifically in environmental impact assessment and environmental policies courses, I have explored different ways to balance the demands of people and of the environment within the limits of current economic and institutional structures.
