About 

Graduated by the UNAM; he has collaborated for several of the most important architecture firms in Mexico. He has participated in multiple works; awarded as the winner of the First Architecture Biennale 1998, in the Industrial and diverse Building categories. In 2006, he collaborates with Ricardo Legorreta Vilchis, in the construction of the Hotel "La Purificadora" in Puebla, an internationally awarded work. In 2009, it made its first project for a retail store in Brazil; in 2011, he obtained the APEC International Certification. In 2012, he formalized operations in Brazil, managing “Zcala Brasil LTDA” based on São Paulo. In 2016, he obtained the ARM Eligibility Certificate, to be registered in NCARB ((The National Council of Architectural Registration Boards) and CALA (The Canadian Architectural Licensing Authorities), his Certification for both countries is still in process.  He is a member of the FCARM, AIA, and UIA; and has developed more than 350 projects for several clients, in Mexico and abroad.

I direct, supervise and coordinate all facets of project management (budget, calendar, acquisitions, quality, and risk) for individual real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupation, and liquidation. The most important activities that I develop are:
Site planning and feasibility studies.
Supervise and take care of the healthy development of the project. I direct the resources of the project delivery / providing guidance and direction to the project team to achieve the goals. Interacted directly with customers, to define the requirements and scope of the project. I have the resource requirements for the delivery of the project in time and quality; I coordinate the budget and cost estimation, the schedule and limits of the work plan, quality control and risk identification.
Development of schematic designs, key details, and architectural renderings. Supervise the development of the project, based on international standards.
Coordination with internal and external consultants. (Masonry, structure, Electromechanical Installation, HVAC, etc.)
I coordinate the delivery of the project to various authorities for administrative approval. Reviewed contracts, purchase orders, material samples, general schedule and detailed records of all project-construction activities.
Through my experience and supported by specialized software to keep accurate and complete records, I keep track of the progress of each project against the goals, objectives, approved budgets, approved deadlines. I periodically visit the work, and, I prepare reports on status and variations. Creating - when necessary, mitigation plans or corrective actions, to meet objectives, budget, and schedule.
I coordinate each project in its multiple stages and participants. Evaluated change requests to determine the impacts on the scope, budget, schedule, quality of work and risk. I present reviews, field reports (OC´s, RFI´s, advances, estimates, liquidations) progress, variations, corrections until the closing of each project.
